Thorstone was involved in this sympathetic conversion and extension of a substantial Victorian villa (formerly a school) in a prime Cheltenham location, to provide 9 luxurious apartments in landscaped grounds.

Construction was completed in Autumn 2011, with 7 of the 9 apartments pre–sold. The success of the scheme was testament to the quality of finishes and location as well as the latent demand for large spacious apartments from those wishing to downsize.
